Applicants for Certification should read the following rules carefully -
- Photographs for Certification should be submitted to Jenara Thursday via Notecard.
- All photographs must be clearly labelled with your name, so that I know who you are.
- Photographs of prim penises are not allowed under any circumstances. Any photographs containing full frontal nudity of prim penises will result in the sender being permanently disqualified from receiving a rating. It takes a lot more than banging your prim todger down on a prim table and taking a snapshot to achieve a proper rating, and I am of a somewhat sensitive nature!
- Applicants should indicate clearly whether they are applying for a Public Rating or a Private Rating. Private Ratings will be shared with the individual only and will be kept completely confidential. Public Ratings will be posted on this website, and will include the photographs submitted, the certifier's detailed comments, and the final score. If no indication of which type of Rating is required, then it will be assumed that the applicant wishes to receive a Public Rating and the details will be posted accordingly.
- Applicants attempting to bribe the Certifier in any way may receive additional points, depending on the nature and quality of the bribe offered.
- From time to time, the Certifier may require the assistance of other persons in order to reach a final rating. Should this be the case, then it will be necessary to pass the photographs to a third party, and the Applicant will be advised accordingly.
- Should Applicants not be happy with their final given rating, they may lodge an appeal with the Certifier, and include reasons why they feel their rating should be increased. Under normal circumstances, the lodging of an appeal will do you no good at all.
- From time to time, Applicants will have the opportunity to increase their rating by participating in special challenges and submitting photographs of said challenges. Details will be provided as and when.
- Applicants may, at any time, submit further photographs for re-certification in order to increase their rating.
- All Applicants, upon receipt of their official rating, will also receive a personal gift from the Certifier.
- The decision of the Certifier is final.
